Very poor quality and disappointing customer service — 1 star

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The bag I received was of very poor quality: the stitching is uneven, there are loose threads, and some of the seams look as if they could come apart if the threads are cut. There is also a visible blue ballpoint pen mark on the bag.

The actual quality is nowhere near what I expected for a bag costing around $57,95

I contacted Mylaray and provided photos clearly showing the defects. I requested a return and refund, but I was told that international return shipping would cost more than the bag itself. I asked the seller to provide a reasonable/free return solution, but after my last message I received no further response.

Very disappointing product quality and customer service. I would not recommend buying from this store.

Gefallen hat mir der schnelle Versand, das Angebot (kaufe 2, bekomme 3) und die Kommunikation des Händler.

Nicht gefallen hat mir leider die Qualität der Bauchtasche.
Diese entspricht nicht der Darstellung auf den Bildern. Ebenfalls schade ist, dass die Tasche nur in einem Beutel und nicht in einem Karton geliefert wurde.
Die Qualität des Riemen sowie von der Tasche ist so schlecht, dass man sich das Geld dafür sparen sollte. Man erkennt bereits von Weitem, das diese Bauchtasche kein Original ist. Die kann man höchstens zum Fasching tragen.
