I’m very happy with it. I can have my phone safely around my neck and wallet area to put my cards like store cards , bank card because sometimes when out, I’ll have my phone on hand searching for wallet. I’ve had times at self checkout or cashier & left my phone behind.
I’ve had times phone falling out pocket in public transport. Sometimes quickly realise , sometimes lucky enough handed in or someone kind enough to alert me i left my phone. Easily done during winter with gloves on & off.
During summer with less clothing to have phone wallet around my neck, card pockets for store cards, bank cards, credit card , oyster card, cash to easily access & put away safely in front of eye direction
